Only high quality African Blackwood is used in making Hopepipes.     I import all my Blackwood from the only licensed mill in Tanzania

    All bellows blown pipes are sold with high quality leather and padded bellows made by Macwarner bellows.   Bellows blown pipes are also fitted with EZEE DRONE reeds and an Iain Allen cane chanter reed.   This combination simply produces the very best tone and sound.

Mouth blown pipes are available in two options.

Option 1;   Pipes are fitted with gortex bag and basic plastic drone and chanter reeds.   These are maininance free but do not have the same tone as option 2.

Option 2; pipes are fitted with a zipped gortex bag, a drying system enabling an Iain Allen chanter reed to be fitted. EZEE DRONE reeds are also fitted with this option.   It does cost more for the upgrade, due to the extra cost of the add ons, but the sound and tone is spot on!
